A smile design in Antalya in 7 days: a realistic timeline

“A smile makeover in a week” sounds good, but what happens on which day is rarely spelled out. Below is the real schedule of a standard case planned for laminate veneers or zirconia crowns.

Day 1: Arrival and consultation

You are transferred from the airport to the clinic. We take a panoramic X-ray and a 3D scan if needed, assess gum health, then take photographs and impressions. This is also when we discuss shade and shape preferences; your digital smile design comes out of that conversation.

Day 2: Preparation and temporaries

Teeth are prepared under local anaesthetic and a digital impression is taken. Temporaries go on the same day; they are a rehearsal of your permanent teeth in both looks and function. You can speak and eat comfortably with them.

Days 3–4: Free days

While the laboratory produces your permanent restorations you do not need to attend the clinic. Most of our guests spend these two days in Kaleiçi, at the Düden Waterfalls or in Side. If anything bothers you about the temporaries, our team sees you the same day.

Day 5: Try-in

Your permanent restorations are tried in before bonding. Shade, length and bite are checked. This is the last stage at which changes can be requested and the single most important appointment. If you don’t like what you see in the mirror, say so; the lab revises the same day.

Day 6: Bonding and delivery

The restorations you approved are permanently bonded, the bite is adjusted one final time and everything is polished. You receive your aftercare instructions in writing.

Day 7: Check-up and departure

After a short check-up you are transferred to the airport. Contact doesn’t end when you fly home; we follow up remotely during the first month.

A good treatment plan is one that includes the empty days. No aesthetic result that was rushed ages well.
